There are bad mood days in everybody's life. Of-course,We can't be happy and in jocular mood all the time.We feel a wide range of emotions and sometimes those emotions make you feel bad and it's pretty normal.Sometimes we just wake up feeling grouchy or maybe you are feeling bad as you just had a tiff with your girlfriend and so many more reasons.and other days,when everything is all right.But you are still miserable.Honestly,You don't always have to go for finding a reason behind your bad mood.This time,Give some rest to your detective mind and rather than probing for reasons, just destroy your bad mood and come out of this bleak bubble in splendid colors.Here are some natural therapies to brighten up your mood and bring back that charming grin on your face:-

1.Food makes mood:Our mood is directly related to our emotional well-being and Food has a great impact on our emotions.When you are in bad mood or stressed ,food can become your best buddy.If you spell the word 'STRESSED' backwards,it becomes 'DESSERTS' .When you are stressed ,body secretes  a hormone called cortisol and cortisol increases food cravings for specially sweets and high-fat foods.So Here the word science seems to be working perfectly.Actually eating sweets or high carbohydrate food increases the level of  a hormone called 'serotonin' in your brain that makes you feel good emotionally but there are some foods which can fight with your stress and are healthy as is a list of some ofstress-burster foods:-
