The average menstrual cycle is around 28-32 days in every women. Ovulation take place in between day 11 and day 21 of menstrual cycle. The first phase starts with the first day of your period or monthly cycle. The body starts making various hormones that helps in production of egg inside ovaries. Example if you have proper 28 days cycle, count 14 days backwards from when you expect your next cycle to happen. And plan accordingly for developing relation with your partner around 12 to 14 days which are your most fertile days in a month that will help you to conceive faster. Tracking Ovulation by using thermometer

After you release egg during ovulation, hormone known as progesterone helps to build and maintain the lining of uterus to get prepared for attachment of fertilised egg. These hormone progesterone causes body temperature to increase so tracking basal temperature every morning can also help to track your most fertile days in month. Thermometers are easily available in markets but tracking ovulation by using them is not consider so accurate as compared to kits which are based on the process of detecting hormones in urine.

Tracking ovulation by using ovulation kits

An increase in LH hormone in body that promote the release of eff for fertilisation is a basis for ovulation kits.  These increase of hormone normally happens 36 hours before the egg is released. These ovulation kits helps to detect the LH levels in urine sample to help to indicate the best time of ovulation and fertile days. These kits are available at all drug stores and very convenient to use and highly accurate too.
